ISO Engine activates that capital through a regulated yield engine built on XRPL with RLUSD settlement. Six independently licensable modules serve entertainment, real estate, finance, and beyond.

Across industries, vast pools of capital sit dormant in escrow, earning nothing, purely because they must stay available: venue holds and tour advances, completion and production bonds, real-estate security deposits and closing escrow, payroll floats, insurance premium float, legal trust accounts. The money does nothing while it waits.
Otherwise-dormant escrow balances are pooled and supplied as liquidity to the XRP Ledger’s built-in Automated Market Maker (AMM), earning on-chain yield settled in RLUSD — Ripple’s dollar stablecoin. Because XRPL settles in 3–5 seconds with same-day liquidity, the capital keeps working while remaining available for its underlying escrow purpose. Parked capital becomes a working asset.
