The Problem
Voice. Face. Likeness. Athletic performance. The tools to replicate any of it are already in production. The infrastructure to prove consent, track usage, and connect it to payment is not.
Studios using AI voice and likeness tools have no cryptographic proof of consent. A PDF contract doesn't prove what was authorized, when, or for what specific use.
Once an AI output is generated using an artist's identity, there is no auditable trail back to the original consent. Studios cannot prove compliance. Artists cannot prove violation.
Actors, musicians, and athletes have no visibility into how their identity is used after they leave the session. Their full biometric profile can be replicated with no record of permission.
The Solution
EchoPrint gives every artist a cryptographic identity on the XRP Ledger — voice, likeness, 3D scan, motion capture, the full biometric profile. Before any AI use happens, the consent record exists. Immutably. Permanently. With configurable consent levels the artist controls.
How It Works
A clear, auditable chain from consent to use — across every medium, every session, every time.
The artist provides their biometric profile — voice sample, visual capture, 3D scan, or any combination. Each element is cryptographically hashed. No raw data is stored. The artist chooses what they protect.
The hash is written to the XRP Ledger as a permanent transaction. Timestamped, tamper-evident, publicly verifiable. The consent record now exists on-chain.
Any AI session request must reference the actor's XRPL consent token. No valid token means no authorization to proceed. The system enforces this by design.
Any AI-generated output can be traced directly back to the original on-chain consent record. Full auditability for studios, actors, and regulators.
Proof of Creation
EchoPrint doesn't just protect artists — it links AI-generated content to a consent record the artist signed. That record is permanent, public, and cryptographically verifiable.
The biometric hash anchored on-chain is captured at enrollment and signed by the artist's own wallet — a durable, timestamped reference the artist controls, recorded at a specific moment in time.
Every AI session references a specific on-chain consent record. The chain of custody from artist enrollment to AI output is immutable and publicly verifiable on the XRP Ledger.
When regulators, unions, or courts ask whether a use was authorized, EchoPrint's on-chain record is the answer. No disputes. No missing paperwork. No he-said-she-said.

Roadmap · Platform Applications
Beyond entertainment, the same on-chain biometric anchor is designed to extend to any system where identity matters and a stolen credential isn't good enough. These are planned applications on our roadmap — not shipped features today.
The core use case. Voice, likeness, and motion capture enrolled on-chain. Every AI use references a consent token. Royalties paid automatically. No paperwork, no disputes.
Replaces email-click as proof of identity. Designed so a live biometric check is required before a contract is signed — cryptographic evidence that a specific person authorized the document.
Planned: bind a crypto wallet to a registered biometric identity so each outbound transfer would call for a fresh biometric check — a second factor beyond the private key.
Planned: replace SSH keys and certificate-based credentials with on-chain biometric anchors, so access to servers, air-gapped systems, or sensitive infrastructure would be conditioned on live biometric verification — not a key that can be copied.
Planned: for transactions above a defined threshold, EchoPrint is designed to act as a biometric co-signer, so no single stolen credential could authorize a major transfer on its own.

Roadmap · Enforcement
The Dispute & Detection Engine is designed to extend EchoPrint from a registry into an active enforcement platform — surfacing unauthorized use, documenting it, and routing it to the right people.
Planned: an EchoPrint plugin and companion daemon would monitor sessions, so that when AI-generated voice or likeness is used without a valid consent token on-chain, an alert fires and is logged to the ledger.
Planned: when suspected unauthorized use is flagged — or an artist uploads a sample — EchoPrint would generate a signed certificate with a confidence score, XRPL transaction reference, and chain of custody: attorney-ready documentation.
Planned: high-confidence matches would trigger a Legal Agent that drafts a violation notice from the on-chain evidence package and routes it to the artist's attorney and designated legal contacts — with human approval required before anything is sent.
How it would flow: Plugin detects unauthorized use → event logged on-chain → confidence scored → Legal Agent drafts notice → attorney reviews and approves → violation delivered to SAG-AFTRA, IP counsel, and infringing party.
