The AI era
just got accountability.

Voice. Likeness. Identity. For the first time, every use of a digital performer is captured, verified, and paid — automatically. No lawyers. No delays. No gray area.

The Problem

They rewrote the ending.
Generated the dialog.
Who consented?

A director can now rewrite a film's ending in post, synthesize new dialog in the actor's voice to match, and cut it in — without the performer ever knowing. A celebrity's likeness can be licensed, cloned, and shipped in a campaign before their attorney gets an email. The technology moved fast. The consent infrastructure never showed up.

No Fakes Act Exposure

Digital replicas — voice, face, performance — now carry federal liability. Paper contracts and verbal approvals don't hold up in court. Most productions are already exposed and don't know it yet.

Identity Without Proof

When a voice is cloned or a likeness is licensed, there's no authoritative record that the person who signed off is who they say they are — or that they understood what they were agreeing to.

Use Without Payment

A synthetic performance can generate millions in production value. The talent sees residuals months later — if at all. There's no infrastructure connecting the use event to an instant, automatic payment.

The Stack

Three layers.
One infrastructure.

Built to work together — or independently via API. Every layer is defensible on its own. Together they close the loop from scan to payment.

01
EchoPrint
The consent event. Captured, locked, and permanent.

EchoPrint captures cryptographic consent at the moment of agreement — recording session, ADR loop, or synthetic voice deployment. Ties consent to a verified identity and seals it on-chain. Timestamped. Immutable. That certificate travels with the asset forever.

Use Cases

Recording sessions, ADR, voice cloning authorization, synthetic dialog sign-off, scan and capture sessions, posthumous likeness agreements.

What You Get

A consent certificate with cryptographic timestamp, identity binding, session metadata, and an on-chain record that cannot be altered or backdated.

Legal Defensibility

Built to satisfy No Fakes Act requirements. Dual-layer watermarking (acoustic + C2PA) satisfies EU AI Act Article 50 enforcement — effective August 2, 2026.

VocalPrint
Enroll once. Work everywhere. Get paid automatically — forever.

You record your voice sample once. VocalPrint verifies your identity, locks your voice profile and union status on-chain, and attaches your rate card and consent preferences. From that moment, any studio or platform can find you, verify you're who you say you are, and book a session — without you filling out another form, signing another release, or chasing another check.

Vaultic Systems Group
How VocalPrint works

You enroll once

Record a voice sample. Verify your identity through ID.me. Set your rate — session fee, AI deployment fee, what you will and won't allow. That's your VocalPrint. It lives on the XRP Ledger permanently, under your control.

Studios find you — verified, instantly

When a producer needs a SAG-AFTRA voice for ADR or a platform wants to license a voice for AI synthesis, they query VocalPrint. They see your union status, your voice profile, your rate card. No back-and-forth. No paperwork. They send a consent request through EchoPrint and you approve or deny — on your terms.

You see every use. Payment fires automatically.

Every deployment of your voice — ADR session, AI synthesis, promo clip — is logged against your VocalPrint. ISO Engine reads the deployment record and sends your payment in seconds, not months. You can see exactly who used your voice, for what, and what you were paid. No black box. No waiting for a residual check.

EchoPrint vs. VocalPrint — in one line

EchoPrint is a single yes or no: "I consent to this specific use today." VocalPrint is everything about you that makes that yes meaningful — your verified identity, your voice, your price, your rules.

03
ISO Engine
When the asset is used, the payment fires.

ISO Engine is the payment rail that closes the loop. Every time a digital likeness is used in production — ISO Engine triggers an instant payment to the rights holder. Automatic. Auditable. No intermediaries. No residual backlog. No union grievances.

How It Works

A use event — a scene render, a campaign deployment — triggers a payment instruction. ISO Engine routes it instantly to the verified rights holder on file in VocalPrint.

Tiered Licensing

Supports flat-rate session payments, per-use micropayments, revenue-share splits, and milestone-based production bonds — configurable per agreement.

RLUSD Settlement

Settlement via RLUSD on the XRP Ledger — instant finality, auditable on-chain trail. Rights holders receive payment in seconds, not months.

How It Works

From scan to payment
in one continuous chain.

01

Identity Verified

The performer's identity is confirmed through an authoritative source — tied to a persistent, portable digital ID on the XRP Ledger.

02

Consent Captured

EchoPrint records voice consent at the moment of session — scan, recording, or synthetic deployment. On-chain, timestamped, immutable.

03

Asset Linked

The consent certificate is cryptographically tied to the digital asset — voice clone, 3D scan, or likeness file. It travels with it.

04

Payment Fires

When the asset is used in production, ISO Engine triggers an instant RLUSD payment to the rights holder. Automatic. Auditable. Final.

The Market

The compliance window
is open right now.

SAG-AFTRA's 2026 TV/Theatrical Agreement bans blanket AI consent — every deployment now requires a separate on-chain record. EU AI Act Article 50 enforcement begins August 2, 2026. The infrastructure to solve this doesn't exist yet.
